Bells Mill Road has become a main connector between Falls Road(Near the Falls Road Golf Course) and Seven Locks Road. Once a quaint Potomac Road, it has been widened over the years to accommodate the significant increase in Potomac area traffic.
Most of the homes in the communities along Bells Mill were built in the 1970's. This home was purchased by the current owners two years ago. They purchased it for $883,000 and currently have it on the market for $849,000.
This home was extensively renovated earlier this year. It shows beautifully, and is larger then it looks from the outside. The best attribute of this home is the fenced back yard. It is deep and reasonably flat, a wonderful and safe place for the kids to play. The basement in this home is finished and walks out to the yard. The owners have taken the time to improve this home to make it very attractive to a young family looking for good schools and convenient location. Although they are selling it for less then they purchased it for 2 years ago, they may have a tough time getting full price. I would guess that this one will settle for $820,000 to $825,000 when the sale closes.
