Listed By Long and Foster / Google MapFox Run is a lovely street in the Fox Hills development.This corner lot has great curb appeal. Nicely maintained, this home does not look 40 years old. The inviting full length porch seems like a lovely place for a glass of wine in better weather.
This center foyer colonial will make you feel immediately at home. A generous foyer leads you to a large family room and brick hearth fireplace. The kitchen is adjacent, and has been redone a few years back with new maple cabinets and granite counter tops. No need for updates here.
The upstairs is nicely appointed with adult sized bedrooms and updated baths. The master bedroom is nice size with good storage space.
The basement is finished with a full bath. Although the painted panelling is not to my taste, it is clean and dry and can be redesigned at the whim of the new owners.
The back yard is very nice. Set into a hill, the yard is bulkheaded with nice brick retaining walls. This bulkheading provides privacy and a nice flat yard.
I think this one is priced fairly. Unfortunately that does not mean much in this buyers market. I see this one going to settlement at $730K.
