As a first-time buyer, I found this website invaluable. From my perspective, the most important component of purchasing a home is information. The more you know about a property, from its amenities to the condition of the surrounding neighborhood, the better you are at understanding the market--especially if you're from out of town. The properties reviewed here give a good representation of what's currently available, and the comments provide context from an experienced point of view. Thank you secret agent!

ReplyDeleteI do have the review. My price analysis was upsetting to the Seller, and the listing agent requested I take the review down as a courtesy to them.
